Haryana govt imposes curbs(प्रतिबंध)  on liquor consumption (शराब की खपत) 

Haryana government has notified that no person will be allowed to consume liquor at a place which is not licensed or authorized under the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 except his dwelling(आवास) unit. Giving this information, Excise and Taxation Minister, Capt. Abhimanyu stated at Chandigarh that the

consumption of liquor in a vehicle running or parked(खड़ी) , along the road or in a park/garden/market or a river side etc. shall be an offence.
