Kargil, July 22: Senior National Conference leader and former MLC . Aziz Muhammad Qari passed away at district hospital Kargil here on Friday.Qari was nominated as MLC by late Sheikh Muhammad Abdullah in 1978 and was first representative from Drass sub division he played great role in development of Drass
specially in education sector.
