India has launched 13 indigenously made satellites during the last two years since April 2014 to June 2016. These satellites include six navigational satellites, three communication satellites, one earth observation satellite, one space science satellite and two University/academic institute’s satellites. Organisation (ISRO) has planned to launch ten indigenously made satellites in near future. These satellites include seven communication satellites and three earth observation satellites.
