PM Modi's birthday to be celebrated as ''Sewa Diwas''

Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting M Venkaiah Naidu on Friday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday on September 17 will be celebrated as ''Sewa Diwas''. Lakhs of BJP workers have organised large number of social welfare programmes throughout the country on the occasion of PM Modi's birthday on Saturday.  Using a special section of the Narendra Modi App,
people can directly greet the Prime Minister on Saturday when he turns 66. People can also take a pledge towards various causes to help in nation building.  People can share their thoughts, anecdotes and wishes people can directly greet PM on Namo app.  People can use their photos in making greeting card for PM. PM's stress on connect with common man prominent personalities join PM's vision of development.

Its a shining example of how PM and his stress on connect with the common man is making ineractive communication a reality. Now common man can send their wishes to the Prime Minister. A special section on the Narendra Modi App enables people to send their wishes directly to PM Modi. People can send their wishes in the form of a customized greeting card also. 

The app has many exciting features.People can use their own photos with the PM in making this card. They can also take a pledge towards various causes to help in nation building. Once the card is sent, a user gets a personalised video in return, which can be shared with family and friends and will act as a unique souvenir. This is a unique tech feature being deployed on the Narendra Modi App. 

Many people are also sharing their thoughts, anecdotes and wishes with the PM. Many features of the shared experiences are already making waves.
