Modi presented with first copy of new book on Mahatma

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday was presented with the first copy of a book on Mahatma Gandhi, containing coloured pictures reflecting various phases of his life. In the book titled Mahatma Gandhi’s “Life In Colour”, Gandhian scholars, historians, photo experts and graphic designers joined hands to turn 1,300 black and white photographs into colour images. noted NGO Sulabh International’s founder Bindeshwar Pathak on the occasion of 147th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.

According to a statement from the Sulabh International, the book aims to spread the ethics of non-violence by disseminating information about Mahatma Gandhi and popularising his life and works.
