HM launches Bharat ke Veer app; praises Indian soldiers for courage(साहस) and conviction (दोषसिद्धि) 

New Delhi: Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Sunday at the launch of the BharatKeVeer app spoke highly of the Indian soldiers and admired(प्रशंसा की) them serving the nation in the harshest of the conditions. "Some people indulge in stone pelting in Kashmir, but it is the courage and forgiveness of our soldiers that they save lives of these stone pelters, when the need come," said the Home Minister. He also highlighted the courage and conviction of the Indian soldiers to ensure safety and security for everyone, despite(बावजूद) the fact that they had to face conditions like stone pelting in areas like Jammu and Kashmir, and even save the stone pelter in times of need.

The Union Home Minister launched the "Bharat ke Veer" web portal and mobile application which will enable donors contribute towards the families of soldiers who lost their lives in the line on duty, an official statement said on Saturday.

"The donated amount will be credited to the account of 'Next of Kin' of those Central Armed Police Force/Central Para Military Force soldiers and this domain also allows anyone to financially support the bravehearts of his/her choice or towards the 'Bharat Ke Veer' corpus," read a statement from the Home Ministry.
