Indian shooters called the shots and won seven medals, including three golds, on the opening day of ISSF Junior World Cup for pistol, rifle and shotgun in Gabala, Azerbaijan on Sunday. Subhankar Pramanik gave India its first gold. the shooter from Bengal shot 205.5 overall to finish top of the podium. Sambhaji Patil bagged India's second gold when he won the junior men's 25-metre standard
pistol. He also added the team gold in the event along with compatriots Gurmeet and Rituraj Singh to take India atop the medal tally, adding to the silver won in the junior men's team rifle prone and two bronze medals.
