Naidu releases Bi-decadal report
Union Information and Broadcasting Minister M Venkaih Naidu today released the Bi-decadal report on TRAI's achievements in last 20 years at a seminar in New Delhi. Addressing the gathering (सभा) after releasing the report, the Union minister said that the broadcasting sector should now encourage (प्रोत्साहित करना) indigenous(स्वदेशी) manufacturing of equipments. He also added that government will provide (प्रदान करें) all possible help for growth in this sector. The Minister of Information and Broadcasting also said the public broadcaster Doordarshan will expand its Digital Terrestrial Television footprint to 44 more cities.
