lakshmi Vilas Bank PO Admit Card 2017 Released, Exam On May 7

lakshmi Vilas Bank (LVB) has released the admit cards for candidates who will be appearing for Probationary Officer (PO) preliminary examination 2017 on May 7th, 2017. Lakshmi Vilas Bank admit card 2017 were issued here today on May 1 at the official website of the Bank and at it’s careers section.

Candidates can visit the official website careers.lvbank.com to download their admit card/hall ticket/call letter for the prelims test. Candidate’s registration number and other details will be required to login and download the admit cards. It must be noted that the bank will not send the admit cards via post/courier and the same should be downloaded online only.

Candidates may not be permitted entry into the examination venue without their respective admit cards. Also, carry an valid identity proof at the time of exam.

Recruitment:

Lakshmi Vilas Bank, which currently has over 3500 employees, advertised the notification to recruit more Probationary officers for it’s pan-India level operations. The process to invite applications began from March 29 and ended on April 17, 2017. The bank has not specified the number of vacancies under this recruitment, yet candidates in thousands of numbers have applied.

Lakshmi Vilas Bank PO exam 2017 will be conducted in computer based mode in 14 cities of 10 states in the country. The address of the test venue will be notified to candidates via their admit cards along with necessary information.

Exam pattern:

The LVB PO prelims will be objective type online exam. Questions will be asked from 5 sections, namely, Numerical ability, analytical ability, verbal ability, banking awareness and computer/general knowledge.

Numerical ability and analytical ability will have 25 questions each, verbal ability and computer/general knowledge section will have 30 questions each. Banking awareness section will have 40 questions.

On a whole, 150 questions will be there for a maximum of 150 marks. The test duration will 90 minutes. There is no mains examination in this recruitment.

Selection

The candidates will be selected on the basis of results of online examination. The candidates shortlisted in the online test will be called for group discussion and interview rounds before getting the appointment letter. To put it simply, candidates qualifying prelims online test will proceed to group discussion and those qualifying group discussion will go on for personal interview. Interview will be the last hurdle in the selection and the candidates will be recruited on the CTC basis as notified in the official notification.
