Script-Writer Alan Simpson dies at 87
Veteran screenwriter Alan Simpson, who co-wrote the landmark (निशान) British comedy series “Hancock’s Half Hour” and “Steptoe and Son”, with writing partner Ray has died at the age of 87. He was famous for his writing partnership with Ray Galton. The duo has written several scripts(लेख)  for
TV, films and stage stars such as Peter Sellers, Leonard Rossiter and Frankie Howerd.
