Samsung Electronics Buys Auto-Systems Maker Harman For USD 8 Billion

Samsung Electronics Buys Auto-Systems Maker Harman For USD 8 Billion, South Korean company Samsung Electronics to acquire auto-systems maker Harman International Industries for USD 8 billion. It would be the Samsung’s biggest ever acquisition.. Samsung will pay USD 112.00 per share in cash for the Stamford, Connecticut-based company.
