Dharambir Singh sentenced 8-year ban By NADA, Dharambir Singh, a Haryana sprinter, who was recently barred from representing the Dharambir Singhcountry in the Rio Olympics at the last minute for failing a dope test, has been sentenced a ban of eight years by the National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA).
