Mumbai: Flipkart, e-commerce giant in India, has emerged as the most attractive employer in India as per LinkedIn data and its The Top Attractors list in India. While Amazon found second position, Capgemini stood at third spot. The internet giant Google India remained at fourth and KPMG , a management consulting company, occupied fifth spot. LinkedIn’s The Top Attractors list is based
entirely on actions of users. The list is determined by 12 metrics that measure online actions of LinkedIn’s 433+ million members. The key metrics are as followed: the number of views and applications per job posting on LinkedIn; the number of views of a company’s career page; and employee retention statistics as measured through profile updates. The list was prepared in countries such as Australia, Brazil, France, India, U.K. and the U.S.
In the 25 companies list for India, two start ups – Oyo, a hotel rooms aggregator and Zomato, a food café and restaurant aggregator – found places.
These 25 companies are the best in India at attracting and keeping top talent, according to LinkedIn data.
