Punjab MET Results 2017 Date

As per allotted timetable on 11/03/2017 (Saturday), the Panjab University had successfully conducted written test PMET Entrance Exam at CHANDIGARH CENTRE. According to official data, enormous candidates from all over the state had attempted this examination with a view to grab an admission in post graduation courses at University Institute of Applied Management Sciences (UIAMS). This written examination was held for 02 hours (120 minutes) time duration. It was organized on multiple- choice questions with four responses A, B, C & D. The topics on which this test was hosted are General Knowledge, Economics & Business Environment Awareness, Data interpretation & problem solving, Numerical Ability, Verbal Ability/ Reasoning and English Comprehension. This test will carry total weight-age 85% for the admission to above specified Master of Business Administration Programmes.

Now in accordance with the official notice, PU UIAMS MET exam results cut off marks may be announced on 27/04/2017 by the higher authority. The results of this test will not be sent to the students, in fact, it will be conveyed confidentially to the Director, UIAMS. The board authority will compile the comprehensive result only after the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview. It will be also notified to candidates on the department’s notice board as well as an official website. The GD Schedule will be revealed by the board later after an announcement of Punjab PMET Merit List. The board officials have recently published the answer key on the website so that students can cross check it with their applied answers. Candidates must know that admission will be made on the basis of written exam, Group Discussion (7.5% weight-age) & Interview (7.5% weight-age). Only shortlisted contestants based on their MET scores will be allowed for GD and Personal Interview. Later in the 01st or 02nd week of May 2017, UIAMS will organize the GD & Interview session for those selected students only. One final suggestion to shortlisted students, they have to apply for admission within the mentioned time period and that directly to the University.
