HDFC Bank launches chatbot Eva for customer services
Mumbai headquartered (मुख्यालय) HDFC Bank has launched India’s first AI(artificial intelligence) based banking chatbot Electronic Virtual Assistant (EVA) for customer services . EVA can answer millions of customer queries across multiple channels instantly, HDFC Bank said in a statement. It can
assimilate (आत्मसात करना) knowledge from thousands of sources and provide answers in simple language in less than 0.4 seconds
With this customers can get information on its products and services instantaneously (तुरंत) and it also becomes smarter as it learns through its customer interactions(बातचीत) .
