In an attempt to go completely cashless, Malappuram district launched its digital initiative. Located about 400kms from Kerala's capital, the village in Malappuram district may be lagging behind in many ways, but the colony has now become a model for
the rest of the country.
The Nedumkayam tribal colony is now fully digital and on its way to becoming fully cashless.
