Founder of Bazm-e-Adab Tral Ghulam Ahmad Wani Haya passes away Tral: Renowned author and founder of Bazam-e-Adab Tral, Ghulam Ahmed Wani Haya passed away at SKIMS here in Srinagar. He was 73. He was distinguished Urdu writer, activist, thinker and cultural personality. His write-ups invariably hinged on various vital religious, social issues and causes. During his service
career with education department he has taught thousands of students. He later retired as Zonal Education Officer from the department. The deceased is the grand uncle of senior journalist Khursheed Wani. He has authored two books including the one about performing Hajj pilgrimage. He was laid to rest at his ancestral graveyard Diver Tral late in the night.
