Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification for Supervisor Post: Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Science or Commerce or its equivalent. The female candidate must be able to read, write and speak Odia and have passed the final Class-VII Examination with Odia as a language subject; or passed H.S.0 or equivalent examination with Odia as medium of examination in non-language subjects; or passed a test in Odia of Middle English School Standard conducted by the Education Department
Age Limit: 21-32 years (Date of birth as recorded in the HSC Certificate issued by the Board of Secondary Education Odisha or equivalent certificate issued by recognized Board/ Council/ Indian University shall only be accepted.)
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Written Test. There shall be screening and shortlisting of applicants up to 7 times the category wise vacancies on the basis of marks, excluding extra optional, obtained by them in Class 10th, +2 and Bachelors' Degree examination. Thereafter only the short-listed candidates shall be called for the Written Test.
The recruitment examinations shall be held simultaneously in all districts having posts to be filled up. The date/time/venue of the Written examination will be conveyed to the eligible candidates through the admission letters to be issued online in due course.
Written Exam Pattern
The written examination will carry a total of 120 marks (each in Paper 1 and 2) plus 30 marks in Computer Practical Test.
Paper 1 will comprise of General Awareness (80 marks) and Basic Computer Knowledge (40 marks).
Paper 2 will comprise of Mathematics (70 marks), English (20 marks) and Odia (30 marks).
Candidates will be allowed 02 hours each for paper 1 and 2 and 30 minutes for Computer practical test.
