Eligibility Criteria for Chief Manager & Other Posts

Educational Qualification

    Chief Manager (Law): Candidate should possess Graduate Degree in any discipline with Bachelors Degree in Law (LLB) (03 years professional course) OR 05 years Integrated LLB Degree (Professional) OR Masters Degree in Law (LLM).

    Assistant Manager (Law): Full-time Graduate Degree in any discipline and Full-time Bachelors Degree in Law (LLB) (03 years professional course) with minimum 60% marks OR 05 years Integrated Full-time LLB Degree (Professional) with minimum 60% marks.

    Senior Manager (HR), Manager (HR): Full time MBA/ Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma of 2 years duration from a recognized University/ Institution with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resource Management/ MSW.

    Addl. Company Secretary: Full time Graduate in any discipline and should have passed the final examination of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and should be an Associate/ Fellow Member of ICSI.

    Assistant Manager (Civil): Civil Engineering Degree (B. Tech or B.E.)/ AMIE in Civil Engineering from recognized institute with minimum 60 % marks.

    Medical Officer: MBBS degree with 60% marks.

Age Limit

    Chief Manager (Law): Upper age limit for the post is 50 years.

    Assistant Manager (Law), Assistant Manager (Civil): Upper age limit for the post is 40 years.

    Senior Manager (HR), Manager (HR), and Additional Co Secretary: Upper age limit for the post is 45 years.

    Medical Officer: Upper age limit for the post is 30 years.
